We pre-screen all our vendors, check their references, and many of them work on of our other properties. Elite Management can administer or assist boards in selecting the best vendors for the job.

Vendor Negotiating- In addition to having access to the best vendors in their respective fields, Elite also has strong negotiating leverage allowing your association to get the best price. We negotiate all contracts and regularly rebid contracts to ensure the best value in the marketplace. In an environment where associations are carrying large amounts of bad debt, finding ways to cut monthly contracting expenditures is extremely important.

Vendor Management- As part of our personalized service, we offer full vendor management. We make sure vendors adhere to all aspects of their contract and withhold payments when services aren’t rendered as agreed. We regularly check vendor work and regularly participate in developing solutions to maximize their effectiveness.
